In the Old Camp, conflict has cooled. Anger dissolves into tears and wounds are nursed. You're a doer. It's upsetting if action is misunderstood. You're not here to drown but to feel.

INTEGRATION

Not far to the west of the Arena is the Old Camp. Once the site of a great battle camp, it is said on the one hand that ghosts wander it at night, and on the other that great healing can be had here.

The Old Camp is where masculine finds feminine, where conflict cools, wins and losses are contemplated, where tears are shed, and progress is measured in terms of healing and inner peace.

For those with a Warrior disposition, it can be difficult to soften. Take this time to reflect on recent activity, words, interactions, pressures.

Take the time to do the emotional processing. Accept, allow and embrace all feelings, no matter how difficult they are. This is the real battle. It is The quiet inner struggle that yields gold.

Assuage your own fears. Withold self judgement. Seek instead to understand, to remember, to have compassion and patience. Like all beings, you are a work in progress.

Great progress can be made right here, among the quiet awnings of the Old Camp.
