If you don't confirm, we don't collect any data. All emails sent from Mailchimp provide links to manage your privacy preferences, or to unsubscribe.
Mesa of Alchemy form: We collect your name, email address, country of residence and preferred day of week for live sessions. You will receive an opt-in email asking you to confirm your subscription to our newsletter. If you don't confirm, we don't collect any data. Your data is sent to Mailchimp, which we use to deliver our newsletter. We may in certain cases use your email address to contact you privately.
Online Courses: We host our online courses at thinkific.com. If you purchase a course, thinkific.com will collect your name, address and payment details.
Mesa of Alchemy course: we will also collect your date, time and place of birth in order to calculate your Gene Keys profile via genekeys.com. During the course, you will be required to share personal information about yourself verbally in live sessions, and in writing to our online course community.
Live sessions are recorded, so that course participants may review them.
We may use parts of these recordings in future courses. Any participants visible or audible in these parts will be contacted for prior permission.
Save for these parts, recordings will be deleted after each course.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the data collected in [3] to send you occasional news or important updates, to identify alternative course dates based on demand. We will not use any audio or video material of any participant for any purpose without their express and prior consent.

We necessarily store your data on our online platforms, Webflow and Mailchimp, which are accessible only by us. We do not share data with anyone else.
