:Return
Not therapy. Not a workshop.
Just a circle for men.
Manning up ≠ shutting up.
Most men are living with more than they're letting on. The weight of it — isolation, anxiety, going it alone — doesn't disappear because we don't talk about it.
It just gets heavier.
:Return is a fortnightly men's circle at Colet House, West London.
A simple, structured space where you can speak and be heard without judgement, interruption or unsolicited advice. No fixing. No performance. Just a circle.

What happens in the room
We loosen up with some breathwork and simple movement
We sit together
We check in
We speak
We listen.
What most men rarely experience is the medicine of being genuinely heard. Not advised, reassured or redirected. Just heard.
That's often enough to shift something.
:Return is non-denominational. There's no ideology or belief required. You don't need to have done any inner work before, and you don't need to know why you're coming. Curiosity is sufficient.
I facilitate — which means I hold the space, keep things moving, and make sure no one voice dominates the room. I'll occasionally ask a question or offer a reflection. I won't tell you what to do.
Who it’s for
You’re carrying something and tired of carrying it alone.
You’re fine on the outside but not exactly fine on the inside.
You've tried therapy, or haven't, or aren't sure you need it. You just know that things could be better.
You’re new to this kind of thing and even a bit suspicious of it.
Lots of men are drawn to yoga, movement, singing, dance, drumming etc. These are great medicines.
But sometimes there isn’t space for simpler, deeper stories — depression, anxiety, breakup, burnout, feeling lost or stuck.
:Return is that space.
facilitator
I'm Nizami.
I've sat with men and women at some of the hardest moments of their lives, and some of the most unexpectedly alive ones.
I’ve helped men and women through all kinds of transitions. And I’ve been there myself. I know what it costs to go it alone, and what’s possible when you don't.
More about me here. If you have any questions you can book a free call, or just show up.
manning up
= showing up
Trust takes time to build — through consistency, through seeing the same faces, through knowing that what's said in the room stays in the room.
:Return is open to new members to begin with. As the circle finds its rhythm and numbers, it will close. A fixed group can go deeper together.
If you're looking for a one-off experience, this probably isn't it.
If you're looking for something that builds, you're in the right place.
